(1) If any person wants to spread the word that a substance is in accordance with Nepal quality, such a person should take the approval of the office.
(2) A person who wants to get approval according to sub-section (1) should submit an application to the office.

(3) If any application is received according to sub-section (2), the office may give approval after necessary examination and dissemination.< /p>
